Thank you for choosing ZES as your provider of consulting and analytical services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of cancelling your subscription via PayPal.

Step 1: Accessing Your PayPal Account

If you haven't done so already, visit the PayPal website and log in to your personal account. Once logged in, you will be directed to the account overview page.

Step 2: Navigating to the Subscription Management Page

Once you're on the account overview page, locate and click on the 'Settings' icon, which resembles a gear. From the drop-down menu, select 'Payments'.

On the Payments page, scroll down until you find the 'Manage pre-approved payments' section. Click on it to proceed to the Subscription Management page.

Step 3: Cancelling Your Subscription

Now that you're on the Subscription Management page, you will see a list of all the subscriptions linked to your PayPal account. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel and click on it.

On the subscription details page, you will find an option to 'Cancel' the subscription. Click on it and follow any additional prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Step 4: Verifying Cancellation

After cancelling your subscription, it's important to verify that the cancellation has been successfully processed. To do so, go back to the Subscription Management page and ensure that the status of the subscription you cancelled is now 'Cancelled' or 'Expired'.

Please note that while we process subscription cancellations immediately, it may take a few moments for the changes to reflect in your account. Rest assured, our team is available to assist you if you encounter any issues.
